	Verona The property is aproached over a small bridge. There is a very large pool measuring 16 meters by 4 and surrounded by a large terrace 2.5 meters wide round the entire pool. There is an ornate pool house to one side of the pool facing the house. The pool has a long shallow end for children and also a long deep end for swimming, from 80 cm to 2 m and can be illuminated at night with four lights, the whole pool area can also be illuminated for poolside meals in the evening.
	The entrance The main house is aproached from the hill and through a covered porch. There is a very large living room of 60 square meters in which there is a dining area and comfortable seating and an open plan kitchen and breakfast bar leading of the main room. The room is planned to be open and airy with ceiling of 4 meters and three large windows with semicircular tops leading onto an immense terrace of 100 square meters which overlooks the pool at one end , a small wood in the centre and the red volcanic rocks at the other end. All rooms lead onto this terrace except bedroom 2 which has access via a small corridor.   Next page
